Well-known as Chef Nausa in social media, he actually is civil servant who passionately in culinary. He built his own restaurant in South Jakarta and often share on TikTok how he got love in cooking by making some recipes. Our connection traces back several years ago when Nausa turned to HNMD to create a strap for a cherished watch in his collection. Beyond his love for cooking, Nausa possesses a genuine, deep-seated passion for horology.

In this episode, Nausa brought some his adorable collection to share with us the long story short journey in collecting watches. He began mentioning his first mechanical watch which is sentimental to him, Seagull 1963. The Chinese watch used Venus 175 from Swiss manufacturer.

We also featured HNMD’s 7th Anniversary strap, crafted around the theme of creative freedom. It honors August, the historic month of Indonesia’s independence in 1945. Fitted onto a aviation-themed Longines, the combination enhances its distinct military character, resulting in an unmistakably commanding look.
